EPA's New Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule -
What Does It Mean To Me?

It probably means you need certification and a HEPA certified vacuum.

Any renovation, repair and painting activities on target housing or child-occupied facility built before 1978 performed for compensation after April 22, 2010 falls under this rule. Renovation is any modification of any existing structure or portion of an existing structure that results in disturbance of painted surfaces.
